A medium duty, dry film mould release agent. Does not contain silicone. Provides an easy release for all types of thermoplastics and especially silicone and rubber.

• Will not interfere with post moulding treatments such as painting, printing, bonding or plating

Description

General description

NSR Dry is a medium duty, dry, non-silicone mould release agent. It is based on a wax/ester blend and provides excellent release characteristics for all types of thermoplastics including those with fine details, some thermosetting plastics and many types of rubbers.

Applications

• Release of Plaster of Paris, GRP and Silicone Rubber in forming processes.

• Anti-stick agent in the textile, sewing, foam converting, printing and shoe industries.

 

Directions

• Spray, wipe or brush a light even coat and re-apply as necessary.
