CRC Multi Grease is an extreme pressure lithium soap-based grease to ensure rolling-element and sliding-contact bearings in all usual speed ranges.

The grease’s formula makes it suitable for applications in which impact loads and vibrations occur. It protects well against corrosion and is resistant to very high-pressure circumstances.

General description

Natural coloured EP-lithium grease. Multipurpose Grease is an EP (extreme pressure)-lithium soap-based grease for
rolling-element and sliding-contact bearings in all usual speed ranges. The chemically acting EP additives make the grease suitable for applications in which impact loads and vibrations occur. Approved according to work standard MAN 283 Li-P2.

  • Surfaces/equipment to be treated should be clean and dry. Use CRC Fast Dry Degreaser for removing all dirt
  • When using Multipurpose Grease on new bearings, apply until fresh grease appears.
  • Roller bearings should normally only be half filled with grease. Follow bearing

manufacturer’s specifications.

  • For best results, do not mix with other grease types. The mixing of different lithium-based greases is not critical. Not compatible with sodium-based greases.
  • A safety data sheet (MSDS) according to EC Regulation N° 1907/2006 Art.31 and amendments is

available for all CRC products.
